Community Pulse only publishes an area once it clears a real sample threshold: at least 30 on-topic, high-confidence items before it appears in any leaderboard, and at least 5 before a single quarter is plotted. No Abu Dhabi area clears that bar today, because the archive for this emirate has not been collected and scored yet.
We will not seed it with generic UAE chatter or carry over another city's sentiment. An area's reputation is the one thing you cannot approximate from somewhere else.
What this metric needs
- A collected, dated archive of public Abu Dhabi neighborhood discussion, with deleted and off-topic content excluded
- An AI scoring pass over that archive — on-topic, sentiment, aspects and confidence — before any area reaches a minimum sample
