abudhabuy.com is built on published ADREC registered-market data, open data and clearly separated listing observations where asking-market context helps buyers. Here is every dataset behind the platform, where it comes from, and when it was last refreshed — including the feeds we do not have yet, which are marked pending rather than quietly omitted. We'd rather show you the data's age than pretend everything is live.

Each date is derived from the dataset itself, not from when a file happened to be downloaded, so a feed that did not refresh cannot appear fresh. ADREC publishes its registered-market aggregates quarterly, which is why a recent pull can still carry records ending a quarter earlier — community pages state the ADREC coverage period rather than the pull date. Datasets marked pending have no Abu Dhabi data behind them yet; most are gated on the ADREC data-sharing agreement. Modelled estimates remain labelled separately, listing inventory is distinguished from quota-bounded new-listing flow, and probabilistic sale matches are withheld until confidence and sample thresholds are met.
