Licence
Subject to payment and these terms, AbuDhaBuy grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to call the API and use returned derived data inside the named customer product during the subscription.
Restrictions
- No resale, sublicensing, scraping, credential sharing, service substitution, or building a competing source database.
- No attempt to access an excluded dataset, circumvent units or rate limits, re-identify excluded people, or remove source/method labels.
- Row-level transactions and listing-provider-derived intelligence are not available through the API or MCP. Any future offering would require written source approval, legal review, a separate implementation release, and a signed data schedule.
Usage and billing
Requests consume the units published in the endpoint catalog. Authenticated attempts can consume units even when a query returns no results. Plans stop at the included quota unless an Enterprise order enables invoiced overage. Taxes are added where required.
Data and models
Government registers can be corrected or republished. Derived scores and forecasts are informational, may change with method versions, and are not investment, legal, tax, lending, brokerage, or valuation advice.
Security
Customers must keep keys secret, use test keys outside production, rotate suspected credentials promptly, and notify security@abudhabuy.com of compromise. AbuDhaBuy may suspend abusive or unlawful traffic.
Warranty and liability
The final agreement should state availability commitments, warranty disclaimers, liability caps, excluded losses, indemnities, termination, governing law, and dispute forum. Until counsel approves that agreement, sales requiring negotiated reliance should use an Enterprise order form.
