Most portals ship a single forecast number with no workings. We show ours and the drivers that produced it: base price trend, supply pressure, and demand momentum — transparent enough to argue with.

No Abu Dhabi price forecast is published yet
The forecast is a trend model, and a trend needs history: at least two years of registered median psf per community from ADREC. We do not have that series for Abu Dhabi yet, so there is no forecast to publish — and we will not extrapolate from a headline index or borrow another market's numbers.
Community price levels we can source are already published on each community profile, and the emirate-level index sits on the price-index page.
What this metric needs
- The ADREC registered-transaction feed, for at least eight quarters of median psf per community
- Off-plan supply share per community, to price in absorption pressure
