Abu Dhabi listing inventory isn't tracked yet
Inventory intelligence is a time series, not a snapshot: we have to watch the same listings across repeated runs to say anything about how long stock sits or how often an ask gets cut. No Abu Dhabi listing feed is licensed to us yet, so there is no census to publish and no repricing radar to run.
Counting whatever a portal happens to show today would produce a supply number that moves with the portal's pagination rather than with the market.
What this metric needs
- A licensed Abu Dhabi sale-listing feed, observed repeatedly so listing age and price cuts can be measured
- The ADREC registered-transaction feed, to match withdrawn listings against actual registered sales
