The Investability Index isn't scored for Abu Dhabi yet
The composite is only as real as its five drivers, and four of them read directly from the ADREC registered-transaction feed. Until that feed is in place we have nothing to percentile-rank, so the index publishes no scores rather than a ranking assembled from proxies.
The weights are already fixed — yield 25%, growth 25%, liquidity 20%, market temperature 15%, stability 15% — and will not be tuned after the fact to make the first published ranking look better.
What this metric needs
- Rental yield per community — the Tawtheeq register plus ADREC sale prices
- Six-month price forecast — at least eight quarters of ADREC median psf
- Transaction liquidity and price stability — ADREC registered volumes per quarter
