Current Top Performers
Abu Dhabi communities with the highest year-over-year price growth, from published portal and consultancy benchmarks — not ADREC registered-transaction medians, which are still pending.
Data pending
Rent index and supply pipeline are still pending
This page shows the series we can source today. The city-wide rent index and the under-construction pipeline are not among them for Abu Dhabi yet, so those panels are absent rather than filled with figures from elsewhere.
What this metric needs
- The official Abu Dhabi Residential Rent Price Index series, by segment and month
- Abu Dhabi Statistics Centre building-completion and under-construction counts for the emirate
Data Source & Methodology
UAE Residential Property Price Index from the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), published via FRED (Federal Reserve Economic Data). Index base year: 2010 = 100. Quarterly data, not seasonally adjusted. This index tracks nominal residential property prices across the UAE as a whole, so it is national context rather than an Abu Dhabi-specific series.
Community-level PSF and YoY figures are published portal and consultancy benchmarks with a cited source and as-of date. Per-transaction ADREC medians, the Residential Rent Price Index and the Abu Dhabi construction pipeline are pending their respective data agreements — see data sources.
